What is something that would surprise me about you?
I spent most of my teens and twenties in the alternative heavy metal scene in mosh pits with purple hair and facial piercings.

What can I expect from your class?
In vinyasa, expect a breath-centered, intentional, funky, free-spirited flow with a nod to Ashtanga Vinyasa. On the quieter side, I weave my voice through moments of silence to guide you on deep, healing journey.

What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Breath.

Lesley teaches breath-focused classes that stimulate the mind, body, and heart. After spending much of her teaching career traveling to lead yoga teacher trainings, she’s now grateful to call Fort Lauderdale home. Her teachings are deeply rooted in the belief that yoga is a gateway to transformation and heals on not just a physical, but emotional and energetic level. With a heart-centered approach, she creates a welcoming space where students can show up exactly as they are—embraced, supported, and encouraged to grow.
