Looking to break a sweat and build physical and mental endurance? This class is for you! Step into a practice that strikes a sweet balance of strength training and mindfulness with HAUM’s Fire Flow. Designed for those looking to build heat and test their limits, this class features a high-energy asana flow seamlessly intertwined with the breath to create a meditative dance to enhance stability, flexibility, and focus. This class is suitable for all levels; however, given its faster pace, we recommend a baseline familiarity with standard Vinyasa asana.

SLOW FLOW

It’s a busy world out there, and sometimes it is tempting to skip out on slowing down. HAUM’s Slow Flow classes are a yogic blend of effort and ease designed to create a powerful yet calming practice. In these sweet, sweaty classes, you can expect to hold specific poses while utilizing your breath and props to support your practice. Slow flow is an excellent practice for all yoga practitioners, especially maturing yogis and those working with injuries.

Whether you’re new to yoga or simply refining the basics, this class offers a supportive environment where mindful movement and structural integrity take center stage. Join us to move with intention, connect to your breath, and establish a strong foundation from the inside out. This class is a set sequence, so new yogis can familiarize themselves with the practice.

RECOVER

If you live in the city and aren’t taking Recover yoga, can we make a suggestion? Hurry up so we can slow you down! Our Recover class at HAUM is more than a break for your brain. Through a series of relaxing prop supported postures and deep, long hold stretches, you’ll learn techniques that help you breathe easier, build equanimity, and sleep like a baby. In yoga lingo: the perfect mash-up of Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Expect to be seated or reclined for the duration of the class. These classes are open to beginners and advanced yogis.
