What is something that would surprise me about you?
As much as I love Ashtanga I’m an even bigger fan of restorative classes.

What can I expect from your class?
You can expect a thoughtful balance between mindfulness and movement, and hopefully a pinch of challenge.

What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Connecting breathe and mindfulness. The asanas are great but they’re ultimately just a tool to help us reach our highest self, and that stems from being able to meet ourselves where we’re at in any given moment.

With over 500 hours of training and a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga, I have been teaching since 2018. My journey began with a 200-hour certification from Three Sisters Yoga in November 2017, followed by a 300-hour certification in Rishikesh in April 2022.

My teaching is rooted in a deep love and respect for the practice, blending alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness to create a space where students can explore, grow, and connect with themselves. Whether guiding a dynamic flow or a grounding restorative session, my goal is to support each student on their unique path, making yoga accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful.

I look forward to practicing with you!
