What is something that would surprise me about you?
My favorite thing to watch is True Crime.
What can I expect from your class?
You can expect to learn new asana and ways of moving your body while building your confidence and relationship with yourself and those around you.
What is the most essential part of practice for you?
The most essential part of the practice to me is authenticity and what I like to call finding your ‘healthy selfish’ – a place where you can give back to yourself in order to become the best version of you.
Molly is a dedicated Yoga Teacher who creates an encouraging space for students to show up as their most authentic self.
She has had the privilege of guiding yogis for over 10 years and has first hand witnessed their growth and evolution both on and off the mat.
Molly’s journey into yoga began as something physical but quickly transformed into healing from the depths of darkness and into the light. As a former competitive gymnast, she found the practice as a way to move her body and mind in a way that dove deeply into anatomy and mental strength.
Her classes are designed as a way for students to tap into their inner dialogue; noticing how they are speaking to themselves, the perspectives they are currently holding with the ability to shift at any moment- and love. Although Molly may teach a challenging flow- the purpose is to dig deeper finding a place of acceptance, courage, and strength.
