She loves guiding her students to deepen their connection with themselves, using a lighthearted yet technical approach rooted in the Hatha Vinyasa tradition. Drawing from the teachings of her teachers, including Jason Crandell, Janet Stone, and Judith Hanson Lasater, she has cultivated a voice that is uniquely her own. In addition to her public classes, Giana leads teacher trainings and retreats, and cohosts The Funny Thing About Yogapodcast with Bradshaw Wish, where they share insights, humor, and real conversations about yoga and teaching.
