What is something that would surprise me about you?

I was a student ambassador and represented the U.S. in Australia

What can I expect from your class?

I integrate movement, breath, meditation and music to help students build strength, soothe the nervous system and cultivate mindfulness on and off the mat.

What is the most essential part of practice for you?

Presence

Kaeli is a California native whose yoga journey began at 19 years old in Santa Cruz and deepened through her studies in Eastern philosophy at San Francisco State. After completing her teacher training at The Pad Studios in 2016 with Dana Damara, she’s spent the past nine years guiding students through breath, movement, and meditation.

She has shared her teachings at festivals, internationally in Spain and Morocco, and with both private and corporate clients and at studios in San Francisco. Her offerings range from dynamic group classes to soulful guided meditations, which she creates in both live and recorded formats to support nervous system regulation and spiritual connection. Whether teaching on a stage, in a studio, or through a screen, Kaeli brings the same presence and intentionality—rooted in years of personal practice, inspired study, and a deep love for this path.

Her classes blend yoga philosophy with music, weaving curated DJ sets into the practice to create immersive, multi-sensory experiences that awaken the body and uplift the spirit. She is currently completing her 500-hour RYT with Janet Stone, and her journey has been shaped by the work of Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chödrön, Ram Dass, and Jack Kornfield. Their teachings on presence, compassion, and embodied love have not only influenced her offerings—they inform the way she moves through the world. These philosophies live at the heart of Kaeli’s practice, guiding how she holds space, navigates challenge, and invites students into deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.
