What is something that would surprise me about you?
I’m such a “hippie”…I didn’t choose this life, it chose me. I practice herbalism and I’m in the process of learning medial astrology (idk if it’s too surprising if you know me)… also, I love deep conversations and social gatherings yet I require solitude and deep introspection on a regular (aka I can be hard to reach).

What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Deep belly breaths.

With a background in fitness, chiropractic & somatic healing, Krishana weaves together science and soul to create transformative experiences on the mat.
