Join Harvey and Jill for a deeply rejuvenating experience that blends restorative yoga and sound healing. With years of practice in yoga therapeutics, they’ve created a space for you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect.
Harvey will guide you through supported, long-held postures to ease the body, while Jill layers in crystal singing bowls, vocals, and therapeutic sound to bring deep relaxation. We’ll close with chanting, uniting our voices and energy in a peaceful, grounding practice.
A perfect way to reset, restore, and connect.
